Why
Buyers Work with the HomesGreaterAtlanta Team!
The
internet can be a great research tool, and a wealth of information.
However, it cannot replace the experience and expertise of a licensed
REALTOR®. Not all real estate agents/REALTORS®
are the same.
• We provide a copy and review with you the Real Estate Agency
Disclosure.
• We provide a copy and review with you the Buyer Brokerage
Agreement as required by law.
• We explain the benefits of using a Buyers Broker/Agent.
• We put you in touch with lenders who determine the approximate
price range for which you qualify. This is called pre-qualifying,
and includes an in-depth inventory of your resources, and a discussion
about credit. You should put in a loan application and get totally
pre-approved for your loan.
• We explain the use and benefit of a lender pre-qualification
letter and a lender pre-approval letter.
• We assist you in developing a prioritized list of the criteria
you can use to select the best home for you.
• We help you keep on track with your criteria when analyzing
the pros and cons of various properties.

appropriate offering price.

your interests.

if needed.

the contract can be realistically performed within the time limits
provided.

What a REALTOR® Asks from their Client
•
Be honest with us and your loan officer.
• Always let us know what you like and don’t like about
each home you see.
•
If you have questions on a house or ad you’ve seen, call us.
If you do call the listing company or if you visit an open house,
don’t give them your name. Tell them that you have a REALTOR®.
• If you need to sell a home before you can buy, you need
to get it listed before you seriously start looking at homes to
buy. We can help you get your home sold fast. For best negotiating
advantage, it is best to wait until your home has a contract on
it before you write an offer on your next home.
• Be ready to move fast when we find a good home for you.
If it’s right for you, it’s probably right for someone
else, too. That is why you need to be pre-approved with your lender
up front.
We
appreciate your loyalty.
